Spoiled Grilled Plantains on Lot Edge: Can't Delete
Hi,
So, I've tried everything I've seen on resolving this, but nothing has worked.
These grilled plantains were here even before I moved my sim into this lot.
I've tried the sledgehammer and got the message "this object cannot be deleted".
I cannot move it in live mode because when the sim tries to do the action "throw away", he ends up saying he can't access the plantains, i.e. waving and shrugging even though nothing is blocking his path.
I've also tried building a room around it, but I can't because walls cannot be built right up to the edge where the pavement meets the lot.
So the plantains are just...stuck there. Stinky and ruining the aesthetic, right at the front of the house.
Please help...this is super annoying...
@SouriDlait Hi! That's terrible! Do your sims have any options when you click on the stinky plantains? Claim? Put in inventory? Resume cooking? (If there's an option to eat them, I would advise against that :-)
If there are no other options, you might try bulldozing the lot in build mode and placing the lot again from your Library. Your household may take a money hit this way because the Library version likely has a higher value than your current lived-in / used lot. But those plantains should be gone.
