I tried to do a web search but I can't seem to find a site wherein I don't need to pay to get the cc I want. Plus, I don't trust TSR. I just want some garland to place on the staircase, come the holid...

The download was acting wonky for me. If it takes you to a site that starts with Hrfi, remove that part and the http://www.simfileshare.net/download/831995/ should work.
