Stone Skin

Really sorry this is probably not a bug but I can't find any info on it anywhere and not sure where else to post?

Whilst out and about I saw a Sim with this weird stone-looking skin. Can anyone tell me what it is?

@SaxonW Are you using mods/cc ? Is this the only Sim you have issues with `?

How do they look in CAS ?

@SaxonW I don't personally use that mod so I wouldn't know but it does sounds like something that could happen.
