Stove issues

why is it that after reinstall the sims cant use the stove? I had an EA rep already help assist me to uninstall digital deluxe sims4. They took the files off for me and we did together. Game does not work correctly. Stove issues? LOL! Its not what I expected but it is a problem. Who knows what other issues or bugs are going to remain.

    I do not have any cc in my game but the stove keep getting on fire what is a smmer to do. Please help
