Strange problem regarding not seeing cc in-game

So I have this strange thing that just happend..

I can type in the search bar the cc that I want to use but it does not show up eventually.
I provided pictures so you can see what is the problem.

I already deleted my game completley from Steam/Origin and did a reinstall, I removed the cache and only use cc that is up-to-date.

Currently I only use 1 cc just to test if if shows up, however cc for the body like meshes DO show up.

Anybody knows what could be the reason that the cc does not show, but I can type the title and only that show up. 🤐
