bro everytime i try to play with this certain household i made yesterday, im stuck on the loading screen. like after cas, i click a house, buy it, im stuck on the loading screen and it just won’t let me play. i even hear the music that first plays when you enter the game but it still won’t let me past, pls help

@broimnotabouttod Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post. Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

there’s no lastexception files and i don’t think it’s my computer because this was all fine two days ago but yesterday when i reopened the sims, this problem starte

@broimnotabouttod Are you using any mods/cc ?Is it any house for that family even if you test a new save game and place them there ? If so, something is probably broken with the family.Could you upload them to the gallery and post the name here ?

sorry for the late reply but i do use mods/cc and it glitches for any house. i’m trying to upload them to the gallery, it says one of their names isn’t appropriate or smth along the lines of that. could that be the reason why? their names are josef, deja, seven & soul. & they all have the last name bales.

@broimnotabouttod Are you using pronouns ? The gallery currently has issues with this.Could you test without mods/cc on a backup of your save game ?

okay i just tested without cc, it’s working now so how do i find out which cc is the problem? i just added pronouns and if that can help me upload the family to gallery, i can do it now if you still need me too

@broimnotabouttod Pronouns are the issue currently - you can't upload Sims with them. I'm also having a problem with my sims 4, I also keep getting stuck on the loading screen of my household. i'm not using anything from mods.

@Silkert Just to confirm, you use no mods or CC at all? You have an empty Mods folder? Also, if you previously had mods/CC, you deleted the localthumbcache file when you removed them?
