Sub Folders

Long, long ago, in a land far, far away. Just kidding. A long time ago when I would play Sims (all versions except Sims 4), I would have sub folders nestled in my Mods folder so I could keep everything organized. However, since I’ve been on a CC kick in Sims 4, when I download CC and organized it, upon start up the game  freaks out. It won’t even load. I get an error message as soon as I try to play (via Origin) saying that blah blah blah is either corrupted or failed (usually the first item of CC). Can we not use Sub folders anymore? It’s driving me crazy right now because it’s just .package files with no organization with exception to being in alphabetical order.

@candiecoatediv If you look in the root of the MODS folder, you'll see a file called "Resource.cfg". Delete this file and try the game again. (With folders)
