Supervised Customer Options Not Visible

Hi! I've been playing with the Businesses and Hobbies pack for the past week, and everything has been going smoothly for me until now. The Supervised Customer options in the target customer section are not visible. I've attached a screenshot of what my screen looks like when I open the section. Further, when I select one box and then go back to the Supervised Customer section, all of the boxes have been selected, and all sorts of Supervised Customers show up rather than only one.

Let me know if anyone has run into a similar issue and has a solution! Thank you in advance!

    • do all the other texts show up fine ?
    • Is this with or without mods/cc ?
    • Did you try a game repair yet ?

    Hi! Yes, the texts for the other sections show up just fine. I do have a fair number of mods and CC. And I did a game repair twice with no improvement.

    Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

    Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I just did that and the problem went away. I was able to access the Supervised Customer options. Do you know if there are certain mods that might be causing the issue? I'll troubleshoot to see if I can figure it out too.

    I fixed it! For anyone else having the same issue: Chingyu's Custom Traits in Club Filter mod was causing the issue. I turned it off and am all set now. crinrict thank you for your help!
