Sweet FX or another way to make game more alive looking?

I am using since a few days a SweetFX preset which I really like, it sharpens the game and gives it more vibrancy (colorful and light), however now after playing for some time with it, turning it off, almost gives me eye problems lol... The game suddenly becomes dull and lifeless. No vibrancy in color and oddly unsharp and blurry overall. Now I know with SweetFX I am supposed to have most Nvidia graphic settings off or way down, so that SweetFX can do it's processing. But I wonder if I turned off the processing what would be the perfect setting for my Nvidia card in order to make the game look more beautiful naturally?
I have the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB.
Does anybody have this card and could show his/her configuration from inside the NvIdia Settings for Anti Aliasing etc.?
