Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I paid for an expansion pack and then the next day I had to download the EA app instead of origin. I could not log into my old account because the email I used was deleted. So I made a new one which has all of my old saves with my game packs, but now I no longer own the pack. EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE LIFE AND DEATH PACK THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!! I have lost hundreds of dollars of packs I have bought over the years since I was 17!!!! (Five years of purchases!!!!) I just want to play my old saves that I have worked on for years, but I can't because I cannot and will not shell out hundreds of dollars to play them. I LITERALLY LOST THE CONTENT I PURCHASED THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! (and I have screenshots and bank statements for proof of purchase!!!) I have emailed and made multiple cases (all of which have been closed or ignored with nothing fixed for me or without me closing them. I am pretty upset. I have spent and invested so much money into this game that I love so much, and now it's essentially unplayable for me. I am additionally incredibly frustrated because EA help has been no help, and very clearly I cannot get in contact with any customer service representatives. And, the thing is, I still want to play the game and purchase new packs even after this, but I cannot because literally all of my gameplay is unusable. I still have all of my old saves and even the packs in my downloads. I tried contacting the EA help twitter which turned out to be a bot and was (Shocker!) no help! So please, I'm reaching out for help one more time in good faith. Please help me!!!!

    Hey girlfailureboss​,

    The reason all your purchases are gone is because they're linked to your old account, and making a new one doesn't transfer them over. All we have to do is try to get you access to that old account again. That's unfortunately not something we can do here on the forums, but at the bottom of this article (Under "Still need help?") is a link to start a live hat with our live support team. They can take a look at how they can help you get access to your EA account again.
