Teen flirts with an adult

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a teen sim, already in a flirty mood, to talk to an unrelated adult? Unclear if these factors play a part, but in the situation where I encountered this situation: - Adult in the situation is married and jealous - Teen in the situation is the gilfriend of the adult's teenage child - The teens who are dating are both on the lot but not in the same room - The lot is an island paradise lot in Sulani - there are two children on the lot and a mermaid (the adult sim's spouse) swimming in the ocean at the time of the bug
What happens when the bug occurs? The flirty teenager approaches an adult (adult is not in a flirty mood) and attempts to do a flirty interaction (kiss hands) on her girlfriend's father, who reacts negatively, in the same way adult sims react to an unwanted adult flirting attempt.
What do you expect to see? To see no flirty interactions between adult and teen sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I just found this rather unpleasant bug today, exited the game but can go back in to see if I can recreate or escalate this. ☹️ Eww
