The Mold Trait in the Challenge Section

I’m planning to create an abandoned residential home for my active household, complete with the mold trait. I don’t mind watching them deal with the discomfort of living in a dirty, run-down property while they work on upgrading it, but I want to avoid the risk of them dying from Moldinitis. I’ve been searching for a mod that makes mold non-lethal, but the only one I’ve come across is a reward trait. Since my Sims already have plenty of traits, I’d prefer not to add another. Is there a mod out there that simply removes the deadly effect of mold? Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.
