The Sims 4 For Rent: Gamecrashes when loading from main menu.

Hello,

So I have been having an issue with the rental lots and my saves.
Every time I load my save/family that lives in a residential rental lot from the main menu my game crashes.
This has only started since purchasing the For Rent DLC. 

Things I have tried:

- Repairing the game x2 ( Didn't work)
- Removing Mods.(didn't work)
- Loading up a different save (which the game worked as the family was in a regular residential home)
- Loaded the same save but the character was on a different lot, when she traveled back home, it crashed.

Extra Info

- C Drive (SSD) has over 100GB free space. D Drive (HHD) has 279GB 
- Residental Lot is in Mt. Kobarami.
- Game is generally stored on D Drive.

- Family doesn't own the rental property.
