[The Sims4 MODS] Mods and CC disappeared after updating?

HI, first post

So I havent played sims 4 in awhile and after updating it, my mods / cc all disappeared.

- I have checked the "..." and enabled everything again and restarted the game. no changes.

- I have checked my "MODS" folder, but my mods/cc are all gone. 

What should I do? Please let me know. my characters are bald //sobb.....when I played it last (about a year ago?) everything was running smoothly.
