Time Delay

My sims won’t go to school or work on the correct time, they won’t go until hours and hours later. I’ve tested the game without mods and cc, I’ve repaired the game endless of times and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I’ve deleted local cashe but nothing is working and it’s been going on for months now.
