Toddler Won't Stay Clean

The hygiene bar for my toddler sim is green and nearly full but he still appears dirty. I've tried giving him baths and changing his diaper (both have completely filled the bar) but the dirt splotches just won't disappear. Any ideas on what to do?

I had this issue too, I just shift clicked on the toddler and clicked modify in CAS, then went back to the game and he was clean again.

@frogiiiiOG Can I inquire as to whether or not you have Mods or CC, or if you had either when the big patch/update came out this past week (even if you have remove now)?
