Toddlers/Infants faces puff up in live mode
This is what can randomly happen sometimes, and I'm not sure why, it goes away after a little bit but it will just happen randomly and it's so scary and I'm not sure what can cause this lol

@himchanu You've got a lot of CC on that little one. Have you tested with *no* CC or mods? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game and test in a new save.
