Top surgery scars wont show up in create a sim

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It doesn't happen to everyone but on some computers when you go into Create a Sim after the recent update and you go into the body scars category on any and all sims. The top surgery scars do not show up or even exist in game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The top surgery scars do not show up in create a sim, I can't sew them as an option to even select. My game has been updated, repaired, and I even turned mods off.
What do you expect to see? Top Surgery scars should show up as an option and I should be able to select them for my sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It was the Patch that introduced Medical Wearables, Binders, and Shapewear
I was super excited to play the new update but this is just super disappointing...
This happens in create a sim when you choose to do a new game
Editable households don't even have a body scars option

I really feel this thread is a bit of a collection now and OP has unfortunately not come back to elaborate more.The scars are clearly visible on all of their pictures.
1. Either Frame for Females do not have the scars (This is not a bug. It's in the patch notes that they are for males only)
2. The whole category is missing if you use Change Sim. This is an old bug that has been there since the category was introduced and already has a thread here so please use this one: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/W-Can-t-Add-Body-Scars-Without-cas-fulleditmode/td-p/11566933
If you have ANY other issue than the two listed above, please elaborate what you are seeing.
