The menu is similar to the other social menu but the traditional one has subcategories of each interaction, the normal menu has friendly, then the actions that are friendly, the traditional one has friendly then stories, small talk, hobbies etc.
that's how the new menu looks. That was changed a few patches ago.
The difference between traditional and non-traditional is that for non-traditional, the first layer shows current suggestions while traditional does not do that.

So do you get that first set of suggestions when you choose non-traditional ?
I seem to be the one confused here, yes the first social level for me does have the normal suggestions.
Is there any option I can choose to disable the subcategories? ex. stories, small talk, interests etc.
I haven't played in a long time and the menu used to not have them.
- @fredemc25 That was a change they made with the growing together patch. There's no option to go back to the old.
