Trying to create seasonal festivals

I would like to create my own seasonal festivals in the sims 4. I am looking for mods and cc that provide seasonal activities and/or foods.

Also, does anything exist to help create festivals? I figured I would just use a custom lot type but if anyone knows a way to make this work please share your experiences.
