@sara_elizabeth15 This looks like an issue with OneDrive. Before you do anything else, please back up your Sims 4 folder, as in, copy it and paste it somewhere safe. An external drive would be ideal, but if you don't have one available, the Downloads folder will do for now as it's not affected by OneDrive.
Once you've done that, pause syncing in OneDrive and cancel the current sync process:
Next, disable the auto-syncing of Documents:
This may remove the local copy of your Sims 4 user folder, leaving only the one in cloud storage. If that's the case, you can restore the copy you made or redownload it from OneDrive. From there, you should be able to move around your mods and custom content as necessary.
