Tuning files for Swimming, Cold and Hot Weather Categories

Hi! I'm trying to mod all outfit categories so that, when new townies are generated, there's almost a 0% chance of them wearing any accessories (goodbye eyeball ring you little ****). So far I've found the tuning files for everyday, formal, party, athletic, sleep, and rainy weather (snippet/outfits_...), but I can't for the life of me find the files for hot and cold weather outfits or the swimming category. Does anybody know how to find them or under what name? I've been looking and asking everywhere and at this point I'm questioning my own sanity. Thanks in advance!
