Tutorial on how to make specific script mods

Okay. I tried making my very first script mod.
It looks confusing as heck and very complicated. But Im sure once I get the hang of it, I'll be modding like crazy!

So Im reaching out to all script modders.

How do you do it?

I want to create an active career mod.

How on earth do I do this??
