Unable to create a sim?

Question

When I enter CAS mode, there is no button to create another Sim. I have already created two (the starter sim and two pets). I would like to add more to the household, but am unable to. There are no mods, only EA made expansion packs. Already tried saving and exiting game. Any help is appreciated.&nbsp;

@stinkabutt00  Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing in CAS ?

Here's an image. I was able to go in and add two Sims by direct customization, the other one was a result of pregnancy though. The button seems to decide to come and go whenever, and it's rather frustrating.

@stinkabutt00  If you start a new save for testing purposes, it's the same ?Have you tried a game repair ?
