Unable to delete bassinet from inventory

I’m having problems deleting my baby bassinet from my inventory. My household just had one newborn and I’ve placed them in one of the rooms, but for some reason it says I have 4 bassinets in the inventory. When I try to place them down it says ‘system error’ and the bassinet goes back into the inventory. When I try to delete them it won’t let me because it says there’s a baby in the bassinet. I also can’t go into live mode without fully existing my game because it says there’s still a baby in my inventory, even though I’ve just placed the baby in to a room. I’m really confused and this is only happening after the recent For Rent update. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
