Hello i am unable to load into games to play sims 4. whenever i load into a game i am greeted with this error code: 135:f620ebc:30831aec
It asks me to relaunch the game and continues to pop up. I have deleted and removed all mods, reinstalled the game, and still nothing. Hoping someone can help with this

I am over this game continuously crashing after updates and new packs. It’s frustrating and a waste of money to keep buying add ons I am unable to play!
It seems like everyone is having this issue right now. I also am dealing with it
me too, after update the game i still can went into the game to build mode ,but when i went to live mode, i was load to the world with this **bleep** error code. i even tried with new save file still got the same error code.
