@foxxyboxx3 Hello! I don't use OneDrive so I'm not sure but it seems like your computer may be set to automatically synch your files to OneDrive. While this is useful for some things like photos or videos, the Sims 4 game is programmed to look for your files in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder, not OneDrive. I found this thread on Microsoft's answers forum.
Try these steps to prevent synching of the folder...
To stop a certain folder from syncing on OneDrive, you may deselect it on the OneDrive settings.
1. Right-click on the OneDrive icon on the system tray (bottom-right part of the screen).
2. Click on More and click on Settings.
3. Click on the Account tab and click on Choose folders.
4. Uncheck the folder that you don't want to sync on OneDrive, you may expand each folder by clicking the arrow beside it.
In your case, expand the folders to see if the Electronic Arts and/or The Sims 4 Folder can be unchecked. Otherwise, you may have to uncheck the Documents folder.
