university bug

I just started playing, first i went to university and 2 sims got added in my family randomly, i managed to kick them out with the cheats. But now, i got my first class and my sims just stand in front of the building.

I tried editing with CAS but doesnt work

i tried reloading but doesnt work

i tried debugging with cheat mode but doesnt work

i tried doing mindless activities but doesnt work

i tried the carrer options but doesnt work

Same when they want to wooh another sim at home, they cant wooh in bed. they have to use the shower.

I thought the game was 9 years old and i wouldnt encounter any trouble trying to play, whats going on ? 3 hours and already so many bugs. Is that EA normal policy ?

Can someone help me please ?
