University issue

So I recently enrolled one sim in university and already had another one enrolled, when I try to do any homework for my classes it doesn’t show the progress ring and it never shows that the homework is started or completed in the career tab. I have checked if all my mods were up to date and they were so I removed them all and it still does the same thing with just the base game. Help!
