Unlock "romantic kiss on cheek" without romance mod

Its such a cute animation and interaction but it requires a romantic relationship. I like to use it sometimes but the restriction is so... well... restrictive. I cant find a mod that unlocks this (and only this interaction). Is it even possible to mod?
