Updated My Game and Suddenly None of My CC Works.

Just as the title says, I changed nothing except, I updated a mod, removed a few files that looked sus, and I tried turning on and off my CC to see if I could get it to work, I've made sure all my moods and CC are up to date and the only one I thought could be the problem has been removed and it's still not functioning. 

For clarification, it shows my CC is there and loaded on the loading screen, just not in game. 

I'd like if I didn't have to start from zero and redo my CC, but if that's what it takes I'll try it.
