Upper-right UI distorted/broken after patch 1.115 (May 27)

I'm not even sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this, but why does my game look like this?

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

Did removing BBB, repairing and then re-adding work for anyone? 

stl_heather_​ You need the updated Better BuildBuy (and other updated mods), and follow the instructions on the page for installation after a patch.

I have a problem also since the new update and i don’t know why. I tried to repair the game more times, still it happens. I started to play in Strangerville playing a scenario. After going to work (scientist) or just going into build mode makes my game not playable. After coming back to live mode or just after work either the scenario panel or the whole control panel disappears. I do not use any types of mods so i really don’t understand what else can be the problem
