using xbox pc
if I used my pc to play the sims 4 from my xbox account as I've bought all my packs on there will I be able to put custom content and mods into my game or is there a way I dont have to rebuy all the packs again if I can't do this?

Unfortunately, packs are not transferable cross-platform, so you'd need to buy them again for PC, if you were to switch away from Xbox, where you bought the packs originally.
