Visual bug with menus and loading screens

Question

Hey, I just recently bought a new gaming laptop and after installing TS4 i encountered this visual bug with menus and loading screens but i’m not too sure if it’s because of my drivers, graphics card or just another big that came with the latest update. What could be the problem here? Game runs fine but this “negative effect filter “ bug is bothering a bit. Thanks!

Please remove your Mods and delete localthumbcache.package then test the game in&nbsp; a new save.
