Wallpaper on tall wall heights doesn’t cover whole wall

My on Xbox and making a house with the tallest wall setting, the floor is also raised by two since I used platforms for the deck. When I put wall paper on the bottom part with the trim is missing and there a gap at the top of it. I can figure out how to fix it and it’s really bugging me. Any suggestions on why this is happening?
