[WCIF] Custom Nose Overlay...SOLVED

Once upon a time I had a nose overlay that looked similar to a Lalafell's nose in Final Fantasy (14 specifically). This would be more or less a little brown on the tip of the nose, or even red so it looked similar to anime or kawaii. I tried google and got nowhere. All I could find was a skin for a 'cuter sunburn'. Can anyone help? Did I imagine this or is it broken/gone?
