The easiest way to find them would be to download the Sims 4 Tray Importer https://luniversims.com/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/
All you have to do is make a Sim the unwanted CC and save it to your library. When you open the Tray importer find the name of your Sim and select them, you can then look at the name of the CC files and delete them.

Where can I find the download file for this? It has been deleted and original blog is deleted. If not, is there something similar to it?

I've got a bit of an unusual request. First, confession time. I'm not a sims player. However, I've been looking for folk like you for a while, who like to create sims. Would anybody out there fancy a project to create sports sims? I've got a random number generation game that I run for work colleagues, friends and family. I've got 36 teams and have trawled the internet searching for female style sports kit designers, just to add a bit of imagery to the game. Then somebody suggested sims. I tried loading sims into my own computer without success, origin just froze. So I thought I try you folk. There's no money in this by the way, If you like the idea of creating this, it's for fun and nothing more. My gam's called Gridball and It supposed to be set in the early 50s in the UK and is a women's sport. So I'm looking for someone who fancies designing a single player to represent each of the 32 teams to a specific set of team colours. My teams are at www.gridball-couk.webs.com So. Anybody fancy designing some fictitious sporting heroes?
