@MoogleFFIX The issue may be your graphics settings. Try changing the settings and see whether the cc items look better.
If that doesn't work, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Graphic setting change didn't do a thing. Here is the file.

@MoogleFFIX It may be that these custom content items are simply broken, and there's nothing you can do to get rid of the lines. They could also be broken only in CAS, in which case maybe it's not a big deal to you.
Having said that, you can try enabling some anti-aliasing settings within the Nvidia Control Panel. Right-click on your desktop, select the CP, click Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings, and select Sims 4 (TS4_x64.exe) from the dropdown menu. Then use these settings:
Antialiasing - FXAA: On
Antialiasing - Gamma correction: On
Antialiasing - Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing - Setting: 2x [or higher]Please try this with the in-game Edge Smoothing setting both off and on.

I think screenshots look more jagged now, It got rid of the lines though. Thank you. CC looks fine now. Anything else to try doing?
