Weird music playing every 10 seconds

Hey everyone, 

I hope to find help as I am completely losing my **bleep** over this issue, 

I have been hearing the same stupid sound all day, every 10 seconds, I do not know how to stop it. I tried restarting the game, restarting my pc, repair the game files. I also used MCC to make my family bigger but i have never encountered this issue before.

Please helps me save my ears.
