One more thing u can also get mods conflict detector and you probably have loads of duplicates. It will easily find them. Just make sure you sort by file type i think so it shows all the problem files in a row and you don't have to scroll up down and all around like i did as a dumbo for the longest time ?? hold ctrl (or shift but I think it's ctrl) as you click on the duplicates to highlight each one as you go through, that way when everything you wanna delete is selected righ click and select delete.
This is even good for finding corrupt files which I didn't even know I had lol then end in .cr
This program is not good for "mods" though. It will tell you mods are broken just ignore it.
