Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just got to any household with werewolf and hover over UI.
What happens when the bug occurs? Am unable to read an information regarding werewolves.
What do you expect to see? Information on their abilities, interaction.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed my mods and disabled script mods, then repaired my game through origin before starting a new save file in game.
I can't read any of the Werewolf information when I try and interact with anything werewolf related. And when hovering over the werewolf UI just a small empty white box. This happens 100% everytime I start a new save file with no mods installed and script mod disabled in game settings. Obviously this makea werewolves unplayable. Hoping for a patch.
Well I'm not sure what caused it but solutions is to back up your save and tray files. Uninstall Sims 4 through Origin, delete your Sims 4 folder in your documents and reinstall completely. You won't be able to reinsert your save and tray files until you've opened the game for the 'first' time and the folders are created. Just odd but glad can play it now.
