What does a homeless sim mean?

I’m messing around with my MCCC settings and was wondering what is homeless sims? Is that sims in “other households”

Allow Homeless Pregnancy?

Is currently disabled.. not sure what homeless classes as xD

Pretty sure it's any sim that's in your world but not moved into a house but I could be wrong.

a homeless sim can be a random npc that the game generated but they're not living in a house
