This has happened to me as well for one particular family. I saved them and put them on a new game but it still wouldn't work, then I took all the cc and mods out but it still wouldn't work and I really wanted to play with this family, is there anything I can do to stop this?

yes i have it in the gallery and it's called Ireland

You probably won't be able to find it on the gallery but you can type in my username and you'll be able to find it there.
