What is error code 111:41812468:a9f97ad8?

The problem started appearing yesterday (09.08.2019) and this error is shown only if loading ONE family in ONE save file BUT other saves and families are loading normally, without any errors. Alread...

@mal1010235 I'm not having any issues loading the family.

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods ?

    it's not loading the family because that's fine but when i try to click on them to play with them that's when things go south

      @mal1010235 I did play a bit and traveled and no error codes occured.

      When are you getting the code ?

        I get the code when I go onto that specific household and click to play but it doesn't do that for any other household
