@SophieBxnks So you couldn't find any empty plates ? There are other objects that can cause the issue.
Try saving the house to the gallery and then bulldoze the lot and see if it loads. If it does, it's some object in the house and you need to find that. I think I described what to do in one of the posts in this thread.

@crinrict Thank you so much, I’ve managed to fix that problem. My new problem is my sims keeps crashing and quitting automatically without saving. It freezes and then just goes off. Do you think this is because of outdated CC/MODs?
- @SophieBxnks Always possible. Test if it does the same without mods/cc (test a backup)
@crinrict It works fine without mods, so I’m about to go through each one I have to figure out the culprit
