I watched a video that states if you remove all script mods, that should help. I did it and my game runs smoothly now. I had to remove the xml injector and the lot core 51 in order for it to work. Then earlier, I used Curseforge to reinstall lot core 51 and did a repair and now my game runs great! See if it works for you.
Queen_Egypt Script mods in general don't cause UI issues, and some mods that do aren't script mods. See How to Use Mods and CC on how to manage your mods when the game updates.
