When I click on my sims nothing shows up.
No options, no nothing. Not the sim I’m playing or any other sims. I can click objects. I had problems since the recent update with playing households, it would send me right back to manage worlds....

avasinthevault Not only script mods get broken at game updates. Have you tested with no mods/CC? See vanilla and 50-50 testing. Also see Previously Broken mods and CC and the current Broken/Updated Mods & CC list.
luthienrising fixed it! After two hours of having to figure out which one it was it was KiaraSims careers. Just letting you know just in case no one has said anything about those. I also didn’t delete all of twistedmexi like I should’ve. Those two were the culprits
avasinthevault KiaraSims careers are all working right now. Make sure you have the pack requirements for the ones you have, and that you're on the current versions.
EDIT: There are a few updates today that I'm about to add to the list.
luthienrising Hi, my game worked good for a bit, but now it won’t save, or it takes forever to save, or it won’t load for anything. It says “save failed error code 30” any help? Edit: I just tested without mods and it still shows up so I assume it’s a corrupted save
