hello!
i have a problem. whenever I start my game and choose a household or a Sim to play with, it loads for a couple of seconds and then bounces back to the residential worlds. i have tried the "repair" option on my game and i also updated it recently. can somebody please help, i cant play☹️

@GETZHU Do you see an error message when you're bounced back to Manage Worlds? If so, please post a screenshot.
@GETZHU Can you load a different household within the same save? If so, try moving your main household to a different lot and loading that lot. This will distinguish between issues with the lot and the sims.
Otherwise, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If the new save works, copy the old save to the new folder, but nothing else yet, and test that too. Let me know how it goes.

@GETZHU Does the old save work in the new user folder? Please test both your main household and a different one, quitting and reloading the game in between.
