@Acestar2006 Move your complete mods folder to the desktop and clear localthumbcache.package in your user folder. Then test the game if everything is working correctly.
Add your mods in small bunches and test again. if the game works the most in this bunch are ok. Test the next bunch and so on until you've eliminated the outdated mods.

@Gagea25 What is the localthumbcache.package ?
- 3 years ago@Acestar2006 This is a cachefile, it is stored in the Sims 4 Userfolder, same loxation as the Mods folder.
Normaly: C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\ElectronicArts\The Sims 4\
