When will EA fix the Mailbox outside Lot? In San Sequoia

When will the mailbox / the Lot in San Sequoia get fixed? After game restart the Mailbox spawns everytime after I deleted it.

this makes the Lot hard to play sometimes. I have to move out all my Sims from the Lot. 

Will it be fixed as fast as possible? Or do the players have to wait a very long time?
